As mentioned earlier, it is important that the mind is always in a healthy stable state. A stable healthy mind means more productivity. Music is one way of achieving mental therapy after a hectic working day. Music therapy can be achieved through listening and meditating to the sound of music, or through making music by playing music instruments or singing.
Playing of musical instruments such as the guitar can be very helpful in curing the mind of work related stress. This is because the action of playing the music helps one’s mind get off work and the music is also nice to the ear which causes one to relax from mental tension.
